Client Media Policy

This policy explains how My Simple AI Help (operated by Sierra Entertainment LLC) handles photos, videos, and other media when we deliver done-for-you visibility services for clients. It applies when you become a client and is incorporated into our service agreement.
What this covers
- Job site photos and project images on your website or social profiles
- Photos attached to customer reviews when we help you respond or showcase work
- Stock or marketing images we select on your behalf
Job and project photos
- We publish job photos only with your approval, or when images are non-identifying (no visible street numbers, mailboxes, license plates, or landmarks that reveal a private address).
- Look Pro website refreshes may include a project gallery on Services or a Work section when approved media is available.
- You confirm you have the right to use any photos you supply (your crew, your jobs, or licensed stock you purchased).
Customer review photos
- If a review includes a customer-submitted photo, we use it only after you approve — or after you confirm the customer granted permission.
- We redact or avoid publishing images that show a client’s home address, gate codes, or other private details.
What we won’t do
- Publish media that misrepresents your work or invents projects that did not happen
- Use another company’s job photos as yours
- Post sensitive media without your sign-off when approval is required
Your role
You can approve or reject specific images before they go live when we flag them. For routine social or Google posts, your onboarding agreement may authorize us to publish within the rules above so you are not bottlenecked on every post.
