Prompt Doctor
When a prompt doesn’t give you the kind of answer you needed, Prompt Doctor helps you tune it up so you can reuse a stronger version with any AI assistant.
Fix your prompts without starting over
Instead of throwing away a prompt that didn’t work, let Prompt Doctor clean it up for you. Paste your original prompt, describe what went wrong with the answer, and get a stronger version you can copy into ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, or any other AI assistant. You don’t need perfect wording — just say what you were trying to do and what felt off about the reply.
1. Paste your original prompt
Paste the exact prompt you used, even if it didn’t work well. Don’t fix anything yet — Prompt Doctor needs to see the real version so it knows what to improve.
Be specific but simple. For example: “too long,” “too formal,” “missed my main goal,” “left out step 2,” or “I needed this written for beginners.” A sentence or two is plenty — just tell Prompt Doctor what you were hoping to get instead.
- “The answer was too technical. I need plain language for beginners.”
- “It skipped step-by-step instructions and only gave a summary.”
- “It focused on business uses. I need ideas for everyday personal life.”
2. Copy your improved prompt
When Prompt Doctor finishes, your upgraded prompt will appear here ready to copy and paste.
How to use the improved prompt
Copy the improved prompt above and paste it into your AI tool. If the first answer still isn’t quite right, try short follow-ups such as “Make this simpler,” “Add more detail to step 2,” or “Rewrite this in a friendlier tone.”
Safety reminder
Never paste sensitive information such as banking details, legal documents, medical files, or private addresses. Keep your prompts general and remove anything you wouldn’t want to share publicly.
